Please do not use this form unless you have placed an order and have received an ORDER NUMBER. DO NOT use this form "in place of" a properly submitted proof response. Submitting the proof response form is critical to keeping your order on schedule.

We will receive all of your uploaded images; however, if you send an image that is smaller than 200kb, you will be prompted to resend a higher quality file - simply refresh your browser window and re-send higher quality images. We will proceed to set-up your order with lower quality images if we do not receive higher quality images to work with. A minimum image size of 1200x1800 is recommended.

If the design you chose contains three or more images, please make sure your images are at least 150kb or greater in file size, particularly if you desire cropping. You can ignore the image file size warning in this case, as long as the images are 150kb or greater.

Finally, please be certain you are submitting the images you wish to use for your order prior to beginning the upload process. If you make a mistake, or change your mind as to which image(s) to use, please WAIT until you receive your first proof to prevent confusion and/or a delay.
